4. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and content created by AdsFounder LLC remain our property until full payment is received.

After full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive right to use the delivered work for their intended business purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

AdsFounder LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
